Join us for this year’s Luminaria Walk, Friday, August 22
Each year the Luminaria Walk features more than 1500 luminarias lining the River’s Edge Trail. The goal of the Luminaria Walk is to celebrate the world-class trail we have here in Great Falls, Montana. Enjoy hand decorated luminaries as you stroll the trail from the Caboose to Giant Springs Rd.
We are still looking for vendors and volunteers! If you would like to share your music along the trail, sell drinks or food, help place luminarias on the trail or fill all 1500 bags with sand, please call Becky at 899-8642 for various volunteer opportunities.
This is a free, family-friendly event for the community.
We’d like to thank our partners for opening their spaces for parking. Please use the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center and Giant Springs FWP Region 4 parking areas and watch for pedestrians. Dogs are allowed but must be leashed. Ebikes are also allowed but due to the large amount of people on this stretch of the trail we ask that speeds be kept at a minimum.
